Each order required the right carrier, the right service level, and the right routing logic, all while accounting for destination, dimensional weight, shipping priority, and 3PL-specific requirements. The Solution

A Smarter Engine Takes Over

SuiteRep replaced Lovevery’s existing shipping logic with a centralized, rules-driven automation engine built natively inside NetSuite. The new system evaluates each order against a defined set of criteria, including destination, package weight and dimensions, shipping priority, and fulfillment location, and automatically assigns the optimal carrier and service level without requiring manual input.

The solution was designed with both precision and operational resilience in mind. Intelligent fallback routing ensures that orders are correctly assigned even when input data varies. Shipment grouping logic supports 3PL processing requirements, and every carrier assignment is tracked with a full audit trail. A phased deployment approach allowed the new engine to run alongside Lovevery’s legacy shipping logic during rollout, minimizing operational risk and enabling a smooth transition.
