TMS South is a plumbing repair parts distributor serving the Southeastern US across a wide range of markets, including correctional facilities, healthcare, schools, commercial properties, and professional plumbers. Their customers are served through multiple sales channels, including territory sales, counter sales, inside sales, and e-commerce.
Many of TMS South’s highest-value clients preferred to submit orders via spreadsheets and email. It was a convenient process for the client, but it created a very different experience on the inside. Every spreadsheet had to be manually reviewed and entered into NetSuite, one line at a time. The volume of work was significant, and with manual entry comes inevitable risk. A miskeyed quantity or missed line item on a high-value order is the kind of mistake that costs time, money, and trust.

A Smarter Path from Spreadsheet to Sales Order
SuiteRep implemented a Celigo-powered integration between NetSuite and SharePoint, giving TMS South a fully automated path for client order processing. When a client submits an order spreadsheet, it is uploaded to SharePoint and automatically pulled into NetSuite, no manual re-entry required.
The integration was designed to work with TMS South’s existing process, so their clients did not need to change how they place orders. The change happened entirely on the inside, where it was needed most.
