Mobile Communications America (MCA) is one of the largest and most trusted systems integrators in the United States, providing world-class voice, data, and security solutions to businesses of all sizes. With complex operations across multiple departments, MCA needed reporting that could keep pace.

For a long time, MCA relied on a combination of Saved Searches and Power BI to handle their reporting needs. The problem was that Saved Searches placed real limits on the volume and flexibility of data they could access. Power BI offered stronger visualization capabilities, but it was used primarily by executives working outside of NetSuite. The majority of business users, the people actually working inside NetSuite every day, were left without meaningful visibility into the data they needed.

The result was a reporting gap that touched every team. Finance, sales, service, and leadership alike were working with less insight than the business required.

Using the full capabilities of SuiteQL and multiple graphical libraries, SuiteRep created a suite of interactive dashboards featuring heat maps, bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, and more. Rather than requiring users to leave NetSuite to access reports in a separate tool, everything they needed was now unified in one place, delivering real-time, easy-to-digest insights across departments.
