The Process
Step 1: Select “Customize Form” on a Sales Order
After opening a Sales Order (whether you are in “View” or “Edit” mode), hover over the “Customize” label on the top right corner. Then click “Customize Form” to enter the customization page.
Step 2: Select the “Sublist Fields” Subtab
Next, click the “Sublist Fields” subtab to see all the sublist fields on your Sales Order.
Step 3: Customize Your Sublist Field Labels
Now you can customize your sublist labels. Be sure to save your changes when you are finished.
